Fragrances are classified as personal care items, and for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, they cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. This policy is standard across the fragrance industry and is followed by major retailers including Amazon, Sephora, and department stores.

Once a fragrance leaves our facility, we cannot verify that it hasn't been opened, used, or tampered with, making it impossible to resell the product to another customer while maintaining our commitment to authenticity and quality.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it or provide a full refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Shipping Errors

If we ship you the wrong item, we will send the correct item at no additional charge or provide a full refund if the correct item is unavailable.

Exceptions

We Will Accept Returns Only If:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective (must be reported within 48 hours)
  • We shipped the wrong item
