Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. The free shipping threshold and eligible carriers may vary. Any applicable free shipping offer will be displayed in your cart and at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, your shipping address, and the selected carrier and service level. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed during the checkout process.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also view your order status and tracking information by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging your fragrances to ensure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items) with photos of the damage
• For lost packages, contact us after the estimated delivery date has passed
• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund
